On February 1, 2023, Partner Mary J. Pedersen, co-presented on the topic of “Understanding and Managing the Risks Associated with Employee Terminations in Pennsylvania” to members of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI). The presentation was one of a three-part, CLE series, offering practical strategies to avoid “Legal Issues in Hiring and Firing.” The series served as a refresher for both new and experienced employment law attorneys.
