Charitable Giving in 2019

In 2019, Wisler Pearlstine, LLP expanded its support of charitable and nonprofit organizations that serve the needy in Montgomery County to include Face to Face, an organization that serves struggling families, individuals, and the homeless in the Germantown section of Philadelphia. While we are humbled by the ever-increasing need in our community, we see that our sustained, collective effort is far more powerful than we could have imagined. We look forward to continuing to support these very fine organizations in 2020.

Among other activities this year, we collected and donated food, personal care items, and school supplies for 345 kids to the Daily Bread Community Food Pantry, located in Collegeville. We will continue to collect food throughout the year. Every December, we focus our efforts on collecting toys for the children of the Pantry; somehow, no matter the need, our staff always manages to surpass expectations with toys of lasting, high quality.

Our most recent relationship is with Face to Face, a nonprofit organization that provides services to needy families and individuals in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia. During the month of November, we collected personal care items, socks, and warm clothing for its clients.

Our firm once again sponsored events benefiting Angel Flight East, a Blue Bell organization that provides free air transportation to cancer patients so that they can access medical treatment.

Wisler Pearlstine, LLP supports other organizations with which its attorneys and staff are deeply connected. They include the Montgomery Bar Foundation, Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania, the Golden Slipper Club and Charities, and local education foundations. Ever mindful of the next generation, we support the scout troops, sports, and service clubs of our children and grandchildren.

Many of our attorneys and staff serve as committed volunteers, directors, officers, and board members for over 40 charitable and nonprofit organizations in their own communities. For more information, please visit our Community Page.
