On March 27, 2024, Wisler Pearlstine, LLP Partner Mary J. Pedersen will co-present a continuing legal education (CLE) with Caroline M. Austin of Duane Morris LLP and Tracey E. Diamond of Troutman Pepper on “Employment Issues in Hiring and Firing,” for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI).
The presentation will serve as a refresher for both new and experienced employment law attorneys, reviewing best practices in the hiring process, navigating the risks of employee background checks and understanding and managing the risks associated with employee termination in Pennsylvania.
