On June 29, 2018, Benjamin A. Andersen successfully defended a Firm client in a contentious real estate ownership dispute in the Chancery Division of the Superior Court of Burlington County, New Jersey.

What was the case about?

The plaintiff sued the Firm’s client, claiming title to a residential property in which the plaintiff lived. The plaintiff also sought money damages and reimbursements in excess of $250,000.

Results achieved:

After a bench trial, the court found that our client, not the plaintiff, was the rightful owner of the property, and it denied the plaintiff’s requests for damages and reimbursements.
