Michael D. Kristofco Presents at PASPA Annual Conference

On March 1, 2017, Michael D. Kristofco, chairman of the firm’s Employment and Labor practice group, presented at the Pennsylvania Association of School Personnel Administrators 31st Annual Conference on the topic of “Professional Improvement Plans and FLSA Update.” The presentation focused on the creation, monitoring, enforcement, and pit falls of performance improvement plans and also provided an update on recent FLSA developments and what to expect from the new administration regarding the FLSA.
