Edward A. Diasio
Wisler Pearlstine, LLP is pleased to announce that Edward A. Diasio has been elected to the firm’s partnership effective July 1, 2023. Mr. Diasio joined Wisler Pearlstine in 2014 and is a member of its esteemed Education and Municipal Law practice groups.
“Ed has long served as a leader and mentor to junior associates here at the firm and is a champion for his clients,” said Administrative Partner Amy Brooks. “He will be an asset to the partnership of Wisler Pearlstine and we congratulate him on this milestone career achievement.”
Mr. Diasio represents public school districts and other educational entities on a variety of general school law matters. He is a passionate advocate for students and public education at both the local and state levels, serving as Solicitor, or Special Counsel, for a number of public school districts throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. In addition to his education law practice, Mr. Diasio also provides representation on a broad range of zoning, land use, and other transactional matters to the firm’s municipal clients.

A graduate of Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, Mr. Diasio holds dual undergraduate degrees in accountancy and business administration from the Villanova School of Business. He was named to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Stars List for Schools & Education in both 2022 and 2023.
