Nathan Y. Pak represents municipal entities on a broad range of zoning, land development, real estate, and code enforcement matters, as well as on more day-to-day transactional matters such as contract review, ordinance and resolution drafting, and labor and employment issues.
Mr. Pak received his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, where he was a staff writer for the Boston College Law and Religion Review. He holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Columbia University where he was a John Jay Scholar. Mr. Pak also holds a master’s degree in philosophy from Boston College.
Prior to joining Wisler Pearlstine, LLP, Mr. Pak practiced at a full-service law firm in Boston. He also previously served as a Special Assistant Attorney General representing the Commonwealth in a variety of venues throughout Massachusetts.
Mr. Pak is conversant in Korean.
Personal Interests
When not practicing law, Mr. Pak enjoys watching baseball and English soccer, reading, and learning foreign languages.
