Jill Pundt is responsible for creating and upkeeping the firm’s HR systems and policies, maintaining employee relations, recruiting and onboarding new employees, and managing and providing employee benefits. Ms. Pundt is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) at the national and local level. She is also certified by the Gallup Leadership Group. Ms. Pundt attended Vermont College in Montpelier, Vermont and has earned multiple HR certifications.

In her spare time, Ms. Pundt enjoys fishing, traveling, history and reading.
