Wisler Pearlstine Opens Chester County Office, Welcomes Five Long-time Chester County Lawyers to the Firm

Wisler Pearlstine LLP, one of the region’s most prominent full-service law firms, is pleased to announce the opening of its new Malvern, Chester County office effective September 1, 2023.

Five new attorneys, who have practiced in Chester County for decades, have also joined the firm, including: Robert C.F. Willson, Scott E. Yaw, Sean A. O’Neill, Andrew H. Dohan, and Wendy W. McLean. The office is located at 460 East King Road, Malvern, Pennsylvania.

The firm now has offices in three area Counties: Montgomery, Bucks and Chester. From the Malvern office, the firm will offer the same full-service legal services to individuals and businesses that it currently provides to Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, and Philadelphia County clients via its Blue Bell headquarters and Newtown office location.

Formerly of Lentz, Cantor & Massey, LTD., Mr. Willson and Mr. Yaw have joined Wisler Pearlstine as partners and Mr. O’Neill, Mr. Dohan, and Ms. McLean as Of Counsel.

Mr. Willson has joined the firm’s Real Estate, Zoning, and Land Development, Litigation and Business, Corporate, and Tax practice groups, and Mr. Yaw, its Litigation and Municipal practices. Mr. Dohan is a member of the firm’s Business practice group and Mr. O’Neill and Ms. McLean have joined Wisler Pearlstine’s Real Estate and Municipal practices.

The Malvern office will offer businesses and individuals services in such areas as corporate, real estate, school and education law, land use and zoning, construction, commercial litigation, business, banking, tax and estate planning, administration of estates and trusts, family law and more.
