Wisler Pearlstine, LLP is pleased to announce that Scott C. Denlinger has been elected to partnership in the firm, effective January 1, 2023. Mr. Denlinger joined Wisler Pearlstine in 2015 and is a member of its Condominium and Community Associations, Municipal Law, and Real Estate, Zoning, and Land Development practice groups.

Mr. Denlinger handles a broad range of real estate, zoning, and land use matters on behalf of corporate and individual clients, including applications to zoning hearing boards for variances and special exceptions, applications to municipal governing bodies for conditional uses; as well as representing clients with subdivision and land development applications and projects. He also advises municipal clients in all aspects of local government.
Additionally, Mr. Denlinger represents clients in transactional real estate matters, such as the preparation of agreements of sale and documentation necessary to create planned community and condominium associations, including declarations, bylaws, public offering statements, and rules and regulations. He also reviews title reports on the behalf of clients and assists clients with the purchase of businesses through asset purchase agreements.
A 2007 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Mr. Denlinger received his law degree from Penn State Law, University Park in 2012. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations and resides in Philadelphia with his wife.
