David M. Burkholder Presents on Ethics Issues at the Surety Claims Institute 2019 Annual Meeting

On June 21, 2019, David M. Burkholder was a panelist at the 44^th Annual Meeting of the Surety Claims Institute (SCI). He presented on Ethics Issues in the Use of Key General Indemnity Agreement Provisions. The SCI is a non-profit organization of fidelity and surety attorneys that hosts a yearly summit, held at St. Simon Island, Georgia this year.
