Christina R. Gallagher Joins Firm’s Education Law Practice

Wisler Pearlstine, LLP is pleased to announce that Christina R. Gallagher has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Education Law practice group. Prior to joining Wisler Pearlstine, Ms. Gallagher’s practice focused on defending professionals and businesses in professional liability and employment litigation matters. She also handled cases involving restrictive covenant enforcement and trade secrets.

Before becoming a lawyer, Ms. Gallagher worked as a journalist and reported for the Associated Press, Philadelphia Daily News, Allentown Morning Call, and Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. While working for McClatchy Newspapers, she traveled to Shanghai to report on how children of migrant workers received an education.

Ms. Gallagher received her law degree from The Pennsylvania State University in 2017 where she she served as the Foreign Decisional Editor for the Arbitration Law Review. She also received dual undergraduate degrees from Penn State in 2014 (B.A., Journalism, with distinction, and B.S., Political Science, with distinction). A member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations, Ms. Gallagher is a resident of Oreland, Montgomery County.

Ms. Gallagher joins the firm’s Education Law practice group. For over 60 years, the department stays well versed in the leading developments in the field of education and the day-to-day and long-term challenges school districts and other educational institutions face.
