Grace E. Wagner guides firm clients through Title IX, student conduct and employment investigations. She also litigates a variety of matters on behalf of public school districts and other educational entities.
A magna cum laude graduate of Wellesley College, Ms. Wagner received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2023. While in law school, she served as a staff writer for the Villanova Law Review before being selected as an associate editor.
In addition to her editorial responsibilities, Ms. Wagner served as a legal writing tutor, mentoring first-year law students in developing the analytical and writing skills essential to the study and practice of law. She received the 2023 Villanova Law Review Dedication Award, an honor given to students who demonstrated exceptional commitment, leadership, and excellence in their work.
Prior to joining Wisler Pearlstine, Ms. Wagner practiced education law, real estate law, commercial litigation, and assisted with white-collar investigations in Philadelphia and New Jersey for three years. She also coordinated legal services for the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, and served as marketing and communications manager for a leading WealthTech platform, while preparing to begin her legal career.
