Edward F. Murphy is one of Southeastern Pennsylvania’s leading land use lawyers. For over 30 years, Mr. Murphy has represented commercial and residential developers before municipalities in Bucks County, Montgomery County, and the Lehigh Valley, as well as before local and state wide courts. Mr. Murphy’s knowledge of land use law, development trends, and local policies, combined with his relationships with government officials, has made him a trusted advisor to numerous builders and developers throughout the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area.
