A 2023 graduate of Vermont Law School, Colleen E. McGrath earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Bryn Mawr College in 2020. While attending law school, she served as a staff editor and, later, senior articles editor of the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law. Ms. McGrath also led the Vermont Law School Moot Court Advisory Board as President in her final year of law school.

Prior to joining Wisler Pearlstine, Ms. McGrath served as Assistant Regional Counsel for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 3 Office of Regional Counsel in Philadelphia. In that role, she provided legal advice, conducted legal research and prepared legal documents for Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA)/Superfund matters, and assisted on matters relating to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Clean Air Act (CAA), and the Clean Water Act (CWA).

Personal Interests

When not practicing law, Ms. McGrath enjoys playing sand volleyball, running, reading, traveling with friends and family, and watching ice hockey.
