Wisler Pearlstine, LLP is pleased to announce that Courtney A. Bischoff and Christina R. Gallagher have been elected to the firm’s partnership effective July 1, 2026. Ms. Bischoff and Ms. Gallagher joined the firm as associates in 2020 and are members of Wisler Pearlstine’s Litigation and Education Law practice groups, respectively.

Representing both individuals and businesses in a variety of commercial litigation matters, Ms. Bischoff counsels firm clients on contract disputes, fraud claims, construction litigation claims, breach of fiduciary duty claims, contractual interference claims, tort claims, payment claims and defenses. Prior to joining Wisler Pearlstine, she practiced in various areas of civil litigation including domestic relations and consumer protection. A 2012 graduate of James Madison University, Ms. Bischoff earned her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2015.

Ms. Gallagher represents public school districts and other educational entities on a broad range of matters, including student services, personnel, litigation, and policy development. She focuses much of her practice on Title IX, advising and training school employees on compliance and the daily impact of Title IX in school settings. Additionally, Ms. Gallagher investigates Title IX and other matters, and she is often appointed as a Title IX decision-maker and appeals officer. Prior to joining Wisler Pearlstine, Ms. Gallagher practiced in various areas of civil litigation, including employment matters, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets. A 2014 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, she earned her law degree from Penn State’s Dickinson School of Law in 2017.

Ms. Bischoff is based in the firm’s Malvern, Chester County office, and Ms. Gallagher, is based in its Blue Bell, Montgomery County office.
