Samantha A. Semiatin graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2025, receiving her juris doctor degree with a certificate in health law. While in law school, Ms. Semiatin served as the managing editor of the Journal of Health Care Law and Policy, Volume 28, and President of the Maryland Public Interest Law Project. She also served as a student attorney in the Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic where she represented clients in matters related to social security benefits, medical decision-making, legal name changes, and guardianship.
Ms. Semiatin also served as a public health law extern for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and a judicial intern to the Honorable Laura Ripken of the Maryland Court of Appeals in Annapolis, MD.
She is a 2022 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and holds a bachelor of science in psychology and an American sign language certificate.
Personal Interests
When not practicing law, Ms. Semiatin enjoys listening to podcasts, taking long walks along the Schuylkill River Trail, reading, and trying new restaurants and cafés.
