1. Associate Attorney - Business, Real Estate 

We are seeking a full-time Business and Real Estate associate attorney to join our Blue Bell team. This role involves providing legal advice, handling business and real estate transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts, and conducting thorough legal research. The associate attorney will also support clients in employment law-related matters and other legal areas as needed. This is a hybrid position that requires close collaboration with colleagues and clients to deliver outstanding legal solutions.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in law, with a focus on Business Law and Real Estate Law, financial transactions and contract preparations
• Experience with Labor and Employment Law and the ability to address employment-related legal matters
• Strong skills in providing legal advice and drafting clear, concise legal documents
• Proficiency in research and legal analysis to inform case strategies
• Negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients
• Eligibility to practice law in Pennsylvania with an active state bar license, and New Jersey bar admission, is preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Relevant experience in Business and Real Estate law is highly preferred
