School Psychologist/Educational Specialist (Blue Bell Office/Hybrid - Part-time)
Seeking an experienced Pennsylvania-certified school psychologist for a part-time (3-4 days/week) hybrid position, with consideration of a full-time position, to provide education and litigation support within the firm's Special Education Law practice.
Responsibilities include working closely with attorneys to review evaluation/revaluation reports, IEPs, IEEs, private evaluations, and progress monitoring data, to suggest changes to educational programming, and to provide litigation support in administrative and judicial proceedings.
Qualified candidates must have experience working in Pennsylvania public schools, working knowledge of IDEA and Section 504 regulations and excellent writing, research, and organizational skills.
