Ms Brown’s diverse group of clients includes municipalities, school districts, public agencies, community associations, developers, landlords, tenants, businesses, and individuals on a broad range of legal issues, including real estate acquisitions, leasing, financing and dispositions, creditors’ rights and asset recovery, condominium and planned community development and homeowner association operations, land development and zoning, financial services, and general contract and business matters.

A graduate of Ithaca College and Georgetown University Law Center, Ms. Brown is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations and the Community Associations Institute.

  • Serve as Solicitor to township and borough planning commissions on zoning, subdivision, and land development matters.
  • Serve as general counsel to numerous condominium and planned community associations and advise their boards and managers on a wide range of operational issues.
  • Draft ordinances and resolutions addressing a wide range of municipal needs.
  • Formation, operation, restructuring, and termination of residential, commercial, and industrial condominiums (fee and leasehold).
  • Draft and negotiate agreements of sale, leases, easements, and license agreements.
