Dr. Inge B. Webster has been a licensed and school certified psychologist for over 30 years, working in a variety of public and private settings including educational, mental/behavioral health, medical, developmental, therapeutic, residential, and child welfare programs. She has extensive knowledge of and experience with psychological assessment, IEPs and NOREPs, consultation, program/intervention planning, best practices in special education and gifted education, and staff supervision.
Dr. Webster’s employment history includes working in schools, centers, and programs that provide Pre-K to Grade 12 instruction, special education supports, early intervention services, Head Start, foster care, Wrap-Around, counseling, and in-patient and out-patient child/adolescent mental health services. Dr. Webster also maintained a private practice completing independent psychoeducational evaluations for children across multiple counties within Pennsylvania.
For the past 18 years, Dr. Webster worked in a suburban school district as a full-time school psychologist responsible for psychoeducational evaluations of students grades Pre-K to 12 to determine eligibility for special education and/or gifted supports, staff and parent training/consultation, crisis intervention, risk assessment, program evaluation, in-service presentations, and developing strategies for regular education supports, as well as strategies for specially designed instruction in the least restrictive environment. Dr. Webster’s area of expertise lies in the differential diagnosis of children with developmental, social-emotional, behavioral, attentional, and learning disabilities including students with autism, intellectual disability, multiple-disabilities, ADHD, anxiety, depression, ODD, health and sensory impairments, and specific learning disabilities.
Dr. Webster’s experiences within both the public school sector and the private, nonprofit sector have provided her with unique and valuable insights with which to inform the school district clients of the firm in the areas of psychoeducational assessment, program planning, and best practices in special education and gifted education.
