Mr. Heller handles a broad range of business litigation matters while also providing general counsel services. Mr. Heller is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented businesses and individuals in courts across the country. Mr. Heller is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience advising businesses and individuals.

Prior to joining Wisler Pearlstine, Mr. Heller was a partner at a national plaintiffs’ litigation firm and Chair of the firm’s Shareholder Derivative Litigation Practice Group.  Prior to that, Mr. Heller was an attorney at a Montgomery County law firm where he focused on commercial litigation and corporate counsel matters.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Heller practiced as a CPA at PwC and Mazars USA LLP.

Mr. Heller earned his law degree from George Mason University, Antonin Scalia Law School, where he served as an associate editor for the George Mason Law Review. Mr. Heller obtained his undergraduate degree from American University.

Representative Matters
  • Represented businesses and individuals in a variety of commercial litigation matters including partnership disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, property disputes, contract disputes, employment claims, and tort claims.
  • Represented investors in federal and state courts across the country in class actions and shareholder derivative actions. Secured large monetary recoveries and valuable corporate governance reforms for the benefit of shareholders and public companies.
  • Provided outside general counsel services to businesses in various industries including construction, real estate, financial services, health care, hospitality, and manufacturing.
  • Represented businesses and individuals in a variety of commercial transactions including the purchase and sale of real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property transactions.
