Wisler Pearlstine’s ADR practice is comprised of experienced arbitrators and mediators who can resolve disputes efficiently and cost-effectively. The firm is a leader in this area and maintains a full-time active ADR practice assisting clients and other lawyers. The practice is lead by Mason Avrigian, Sr., a former civil litigator and Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County. Mr. Avrigian currently devotes his entire practice to serving as an arbitrator or mediator in various types of matters and disputes.
Also serving in the ADR practice is Andrew B. Cantor. Mr. Cantor is a lawyer with more than 40 years of experience handling all types of legal matters including trials, corporate matters, negligence, real estate and assessments, professional liability, municipal, zoning and related areas. Mr. Cantor likewise devotes a substantial portion of his practice to handling ADR matters.
