Ms. Weilheimer concentrates her practice in the areas of education law, civil litigation and white collar criminal defense.  She is a seasoned trial attorney having litigated hundreds of bench and jury trials and regularly practices in both Federal and State Courts. Ms. Weilheimer is an instructor for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) and an adjunct professor at Widener University School of Law. She is also an Abington Township Commissioner.

Ms. Weilheimer received her Bachelors of Arts degree in 1992 from Hofstra University and her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law. Prior to joining Wisler Pearlstine her experience included seven years as an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. Ms. Weilheimer is admitted to practice before the Courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
