Charles Potash, Esquire, is “Of Counsel” to the Blue Bell law firm of Wisler, Pearlstine, Talone, Craig, Garrity & Potash, LLP where he had been its senior partner. Mr. Potash, who joined the firm in 1960 following a clerkship with Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Benjamin R. Jones, concentrated his practice in the public sector as solicitor for many school districts, school authorities, municipalities, and municipality authorities. He continues to represent school districts and school authorities as “Of Counsel” to the firm.

Mr. Potash received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1953 from the University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Temple University School of Law in 1959. He is permitted to practice before the courts in Pennsylvania, the Federal Courts for the Eastern District of the United States and is admitted to and has appeared and argued before the Supreme Court of the United States.
