Mr. O'Donoghue is responsible for the firm's corporate and commercial business representation including business organization, finance, banking, employment and shareholder matters, acquisitions, mergers, real estate transactions, complex contractual negotiation and drafting; matters handled throughout the United States and foreign countries; experienced in handling the negotiation and documentation of residential and commercial real estate acquisitions, development and leasing; general representation of numerous companies from diversified industries including software development, human resources, manufacturing, franchising and communications companies.

He was a law clerk for President Judge David E. Groshens of the Court of Common Please of Montgomery county from 1967-1968. In 1968, he was commissioned a Lt. in the Judge Advocate General Corps, United States Navy, where he prosecuted and defended numerous military courts martial and served as legal officer in charge of a United States Naval support activity.

He joined Wisler, Pearlstine, Talone, Craig & Garrity in 1972 and became a partner in the firm now known as Wisler, Pearlstine, Talone, Craig, Garrity & Potash, LLP in 1977.
