Mr. O’Donoghue, a Partner with Wisler Pearlstine, concentrates his practice in the areas of School Law and Employment Law. Mr. O’Donoghue has counseled school districts and school entities on a variety of issues, including employment, students’ rights, student discipline, civil rights and construction issues. He has served as special counsel prosecuting student discipline cases for eleven schools and school districts in Montgomery, Chester, Bucks and Philadelphia Counties.

With the firm since 1997, Mr. O’Donoghue has successfully represented both public and private sector clients in the Courts of Common Pleas of Montgomery, Chester, Bucks, Delaware and Philadelphia Counties and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as the respective appellate courts. He has also lectured on municipal liability, student discipline, attendance and residency.

Mr. O’Donoghue also serves as the Assistant Solicitor to the Montgomery County Housing Authority and advises the MCHA Board of Directors and Administration on a daily basis regarding a variety of employment, civil rights and regulatory issues.

Mr. O’Donoghue obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Villanova University School of Law in 1997, where he served as a Staff Member of the Law Review from 1995 to 1996 and as an Associate Editor of the Law Review from 1996 to 1997.
