Mark Hosterman is a partner with Wisler Pearlstine and concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal law, zoning and land use. Mr. Hosterman advises municipal clients on a day-to-day basis and negotiates municipal agreements and drafts municipal ordinances, development agreements, easement agreements, deed restrictions, public project contracts, preliminary and final approval resolutions, conditional use decisions, maintenance agreements and numerous other documents. He regularly attends municipal meetings and renders general advice to governing bodies and staff members on a broad range of municipal issues.

Mr. Hosterman also represents landowners and developers in all aspects of land use and development including appearances before zoning hearing boards, architectural review boards, planning commissions and governing bodies. He coordinates development applications and permitting activities with engineers, architects, traffic consultants, land planners and other consultants.

Mr. Hosterman joined the firm in 1999 and serves as a solicitor for the Borough of Red Hill, Red Hill Water Authority and Northern Montgomery County Recycling Commission.
