Jason Herron is an associate in Wisler Pearlstine’s Real Estate and Banking Department. Mr. Herron represents real estate developers, financial institutions, commercial landlords and tenants, municipalities, school districts, business entities, and private individuals in a wide variety of transactional real estate and financial matters. He has substantial experience negotiating and documenting commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and lease transactions. Mr. Herron also has considerable experience representing lenders and borrowers in various types of commercial financing transactions, including construction loans, lines of credit, real estate and asset-secured loans, loan participations, and bond issues.

Prior to joining Wisler Pearlstine, Mr. Herron served as a staff attorney in the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office of General Counsel. While with the Commonwealth, he represented the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority and the Department of Community and Economic Development in various types of complex business financing and real estate transactions.

Mr. Herron received a bachelor of science degree in finance from Saint Joseph’s University in 1997 and a juris doctorate from Temple University School of Law in 2000. Following law school, he completed a judicial clerkship with then President Judge Stephen J. McEwen, Jr., of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
