  • Represented numerous school districts, universities, local governmental entities and authorities in the successful issuance of general obligation bonds, general obligation refunding bonds, qualified zone academy bonds, revenue bonds, tax and revenue anticipation notes and bond anticipation notes.
  • Represented a local governmental authority in the successful redemption of bonds issued to finance the purchase of a hospital which later went bankrupt, and the successful submittal and payment of the HUD insurance claim for a HUD backed mortgage.
  • Represented private organizations in employment discrimination cases in Federal Court under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
  • Represented government contractors before the Board of Contract Appeals.
  • Successfully represented a non-profit client in a contractual dispute to settlement in the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia County.
  • Represented a local utilities authority and drafted the Reply Brief in the appeal of its wastewater management plan.
  • Successfully represented minor children as a Child Advocate before the Pennsylvania Superior Court in the appeal of the lower court’s decision to terminate the parental rights of the biological parents.
  • Drafted wage policy and determination manual under the Davis-Bacon and related Acts and Department of Labor regulations for a local housing authority.
  • Structured and managed complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters, including conducting paper and electronic document review and database construction, completing discovery, prepping witnesses and expert witnesses for depositions and conducting depositions.
