Mr. Roos, a Partner at Wisler, Pearlstine, LLP, focuses primarily in the areas of general school law and employment law. Mr. Roos heads the firm’s Education Law Group.

Mr. Roos serves as solicitor for several public school districts in southeastern Pennsylvania. He also represents and advises numerous other public school districts, and other educational and governmental entities.  Mr. Roos held the office of President for the Pennsylvania School Boards Solicitors’ Association in 2006.

Mr. Roos has been a frequent speaker at educational law seminars presented by the Pennsylvania School Boards Association, Lehigh University Education Law Conference and the National Business Institute.

Mr. Roos co-authored an article for the Pennsylvania School Boards Association Bulletin titled "Student and Staff Issues in Extra-Curricular Activities" and was a co-presenter at the 2007 Pennsylvania School Boards Association School Solicitor's Symposium 2007 summer conference titled, "The Upper Dublin Debt Act Referendum: A Series of Fortunate Events."
