Mr. Kristofco is a partner with Wisler Pearlstine and concentrates his practice in the areas of general civil, commercial, employment and civil rights litigation in both state and federal courts, as well as, general business counseling and advice. Mr. Kristofco has handled all aspects of civil litigation in federal and state courts including jury and non-jury trials, injunction hearings, administrative proceedings and arbitrations as well as representation of school districts and municipal entities in administrative proceedings. Mr. Kristofco has also argued cases before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts and has represented clients in mediations and binding private arbitrations. Select accomplishments and experience include:
- Handle complex commercial litigation matters for public entities and private and public corporations.
- Defend public entities and private and public corporations in federal civil rights and employment discrimination cases.
- Represent employers and employees in matters involving restrictive covenants, non-compete clauses, trade secrets and wage payment claims.
- Draft, negotiate and/or review commercial, real estate and employment agreements.
- Act as counsel for municipal entities in administrative proceedings.
