Mr. Clement is a partner with Wisler, Pearlstine, Talone, Craig, Garrity & Potash concentrating his practice in: land use, real estate development and zoning, bank lending, commercial law and civil litigation. He has represented a wide range of land owners and developers in connection with residential developments, large apartment complex developments, shopping center developments and office complexes. He represents banks and borrowers in connection with commercial loan transactions involving both asset lending and real estate lending. He is active in representing ongoing business ventures. His litigation experience includes jury trials in the Pennsylvania State Court, New Jersey State Court, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

His representation of business clients spans three decades and includes family owned businesses as well as publicly traded companies.
