Mr. Cantor concentrates his legal practice in municipal law, assessment appeals and litigation. His clients include townships, boroughs, sewer and water authorities, zoning boards and individuals in Montgomery and adjacent counties.
He is a past president of the Montgomery Bar Association and the Montgomery Bar Foundation and presently serves as a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates. He has served as chairman of many Montgomery Bar Association committees, including the Judiciary Committee and is presently chair of its Long Range Planning Committee.
His community activities span more than four decades that he has practiced law. He currently serves as Secretary on the Board of Trustees of the Montgomery County Community College and on the Board of Trustees of Montgomery Hospital. He served as President of Hedwig House's Board of Directors, on the Board of the Retired Senior Volunteer Program and the Board of Montgomery County's Children & Youth Department. He was nominated to serve on the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County by Governor Robert Casey in December of 1991.
He joined Wisler, Pearlstine, Talone & Gerber in 1964 and became a partner in the firm now known as Wisler, Pearlstine, Talone, Craig, Garrity & Potash, LLP in 1973.
