Marjorie A. Brown, Associate

Ms. Brown is an associate with Wisler Pearlstine, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of business and real estate.  She also does work in the education law area.  She has represented a diverse group of clients, including developers, homeowner associations, lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, hospitals, school districts, businesses and individuals on a broad range of legal issues, including real estate acquisitions, leasing and dispositions, real estate-secured lending, loan restructurings, creditors’ rights, condominium development, and general contract and business matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Brown served as in-house legal counsel to First Fidelity Bancorporation and its subsidiary banks for commercial real estate lending transactions and restructurings and, prior to that, practiced in the areas of commercial real estate, condominium development and creditors’ rights at Dechert Price & Rhoads in Philadelphia.
