Experienced civil and commercial attorney. Concentration on complex commercial and construction litigation.  Experience includes real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate.

Partner in Philadelphia area regional law firm. Responsible for developing, managing and handling litigation and business law practice. Responsibilities include client origination; handling litigation, trials, arbitrations and mediations; overseeing associate attorneys and legal assistants; and participation in firm management. Member of firm executive committee.

Practice emphasis on construction law and construction litigation. Represent and counsel owners, contractors, subcontractors and design professionals on public and private projects. Focus on heavy, highway and utility contractors. Representative engagements include delay analysis and claims for delay damages; disruption and inefficiency claims; acceleration claims; surety bond claims, including prosecuting and defending payment and performance bond claims; change order and extra work claims; scope of work disputes; bid protests and bid disputes; claims for design deficiencies and architect/engineer liability claims; OSHA claims and disputes arising from construction projects. Expertise in drafting construction contracts including owner/contractor agreements; owner front-end bid documents; contractor/subcontractor agreements; contracts for design services; construction management agreements and related construction industry documents.
