BANKING LAW

Wisler Pearlstine has represented banks for over 50 years as lender’s counsel for commercial loan documents, intercreditor’s facilities, and loan disputes.  We have also acted as bank’s counsel in connection with leases and land development, lender owned real estate, completion of defaulted construction projects, and documentation for subsidiaries and holding companies.  Because Wisler, Pearlstine provides a wide range of legal services to developers and municipalities in connection with land development, we are better able to assist our bank clients in the legal aspects of land development relating to loan documentation, bank branch development and the completion of projects in lender owned real estate matters.

We also represent borrowers in connection with bank loans for commercial, office, shopping center, industrial, subdivision and land development projects. Because we have had extensive experience from both the lender’s and borrower’s point of view, we are better able to recognize and address even the most unusual and complex issues which arise in connection with bank loans.
