Silvia Diaz is an associate in the firm’s Education Law Group. Mrs. Diaz represents school districts and charter schools in all areas of school law, including special education, employment and labor law matters in administrative proceedings, and litigation in state and federal court.  A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, cum laude, Mrs. Diaz received her undergraduate degree from Lehigh University (B.A. 2002 and M.A. 2004). She also holds Masters Degrees in Secondary Teaching (Pace University M.A. 2005) and English Literature.  Prior to joining Wisler Pearlstine LLP, Ms. Diaz was an associate in the business litigation group of Goodwin Procter LLP, one of the country’s largest law firms, where she defended corporate clients in all aspects of complex commercial litigation.  She is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars.
