Ms. Savage is a member of the firm’s Education Law and Municipal Law Departments. Her practice focuses on the representation of public and private clients in employment-related matters in state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies. She also represents local government units, underwriters and borrowers in various public finance matters. Prior to joining Wisler, Ms. Savage was the School Improvement Coordinator for a local charter school and, prior to that, an associate with a large Philadelphia-based law firm. Ms. Savage is a volunteer attorney for the Support Center for Child Advocates and a member of the Philadelphia and Montgomery County Bar Associations.
Representative Matters:
- Represents public and private organizations in cases before the EEOC, PHRC, PLRB and in state and federal court.
- Represents numerous local government units in the successful issuance of general obligation bonds, general obligation refunding bonds, qualified zone academy bonds, revenue bonds, tax and revenue anticipation notes and bond anticipation notes.
- Represents school districts in special education administrative proceedings and appeals.
- Represents school districts in residency, attendance and truancy matters.
- Regularly assists clients with issues related to Pennsylvania’s Right To Know Law.
- Structures and manages complex litigation and civil rights matters, including conducting paper and electronic document review and database construction, completing discovery, prepping witnesses and expert witnesses for depositions and conducting depositions.

Personal Interests
Ms. Savage is an avid music fan and a once classically trained pianist and cellist. She also trains for relay races and half marathons and spends much of her time with her family.
