Megan Dalton is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.  Ms. Dalton’s primary practice areas include civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on construction law, representing contractors, subcontractors, and various other parties in construction related matters. Ms. Dalton graduated from Villanova University School of Law, magna cum laude, and received the Raynes, McCarty, Binder, Ross & Mundy Legal Writing Award for the Best First Year Brief.   She received her undergraduate degree from Villanova University, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in sociology and minor in Spanish. Prior to joining Wisler Pearlstine, Ms. Dalton was an associate attorney in the litigation group at Tallman, Hudders & Sorrentino, P.C.
