Mark Hosterman concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal law, zoning and land use. He has extensive expertise in all aspects of municipal law, including large, multi-faceted subdivision and land development, complex ordinance drafting, community aesthetic and economic revitalization, termination and other employment issues, collective bargaining, open space planning and acquisition, community planning, preservation of historical resources, and numerous other areas of law impacting municipalities and authorities.
Mr. Hosterman also has extensive experience representing landowners and developers and all aspects of land use and development including appearances before zoning hearing boards, architectural review boards, planning commissions and governing bodies. Mr. Hosterman serves as solicitor to East Coventry Township, the Borough of Lansdale, the Lansdale Parking Authority, the Borough of Red Hill, Red Hill Water Authority, the Borough of Collegeville, Collegeville/Trappe Municipal Authority, Collegeville/Trappe Joint Public Works Committee, the Northern Montgomery County Recycling Commission and the Rockledge Borough Zoning Hearing Board. A graduate of The Dickinson School of Law, Mr. Hosterman, received his undergraduate degree from Penn State.

- Successfully handles all legal aspects of developer defaults, completion of improvements and associated litigation.

Speeches and Publications
- March 19, 2009 - Mr. Hosterman served on a panel comprised of municipal solicitors to address the Montgomery Bar Association Real Estate Committee. The topic presented by the panel was entitled "Municipal Approvals - The Solicitor's View". Mr. Hosterman addressed the importance of cooperating with municipal officials to navigate some of the vagaries of municipal procedures and best deal with personalities and politics.
