Jenna Berman is an associate in the firm’s Education Law Group. Ms. Berman represents school districts and charter schools in all areas of school law, including special education and employment and labor law matters in administrative proceedings and litigation in state and federal court. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars and the Montgomery and Pennsylvania Bar associations. A graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Elementary Education, Ms. Berman received her law degree cum laude from Villanova University.
