Ms. Weilheimer is a member of the firm’s Education Law Group. Her practice focuses on the special education, gifted education and residency law matters. Ms. Weilheimer is a seasoned trial attorney who has litigated hundreds of bench and jury trials and regularly practices in State and Federal Court. Prior to joining Wisler Pearlstine, her experience included seven years as an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. At the firm, Ms. Weilheimer has parlayed her trial experience as a prosecutor to the successful defense of school clients in the increasingly litigious area of special education. Ms. Weilheimer is an instructor with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and is an adjunct Professor at Widener University Law School, Ms. Weilheimer is a former board member of the Abington Township Board of Commissioners. She received her undergraduate and law degrees from Hofstra University.
