Ms. Griffin is a Partner with Wisler Pearlstine where she concentrates her practice in the areas of estate and trust administration and estate planning.  She represents fiduciaries in estate and trust administration matters, prepares federal and state death tax returns, assists with tax compliance and distribution matters, counsels a broad spectrum of clients in estate planning, including post-mortem planning, and works with financial advisors, including accountants and investment advisors, to achieve the optimum asset protection and conservation for her clients.  Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Griffin served eight years as both a judicial law clerk and judicial staff attorney to The Honorable Alfred L. Taxis, Jr., as well as counsel for the Orphans’ Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. She has also served as an Assistant Vice President for Mellon Private Asset Management. Ms. Griffin is admitted to practice before the courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
