Andrew Freimuth is an associate with Wisler Pearlstine, concentrating his practice in the areas of Municipal Law, Zoning and Land Development. Mr. Freimuth performs all aspects of local government representation for the firm’s municipal clients, including the preparation and negotiation of municipal contracts, leases and land development agreements, municipal code enforcement, and litigation support. Mr. Freimuth also handles a broad range of real estate, zoning and land use matters on behalf of corporate and individual clients, including applications to zoning hearing boards for variances and special exceptions, subdivisions to create new building lots, new land development projects, and transactional work related to the preparation of sales agreements, easements and declarations.
Representative Matters:
- Assisted in successful representation of landowner before the Commonwealth Court to obtain several variances to permit the construction of thirty condominium units.
- Represented landowner throughout the land development and zoning process to permit the construction of a 4,100 square foot warehouse addition.
- Represented homeowner in successful zoning application to obtain approval to construct addition to home.
- Represented large corporation to obtain zoning relief for the construction and opening of a new supermarket.
