Joseph Bagley, ShaVon Savage and Joseph Clement gave detailed presentations to the Real Estate Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association on developments under the Right-to-Know Law. Mr. Bagley presented on recent cases in which he has successfully participated pertaining to access to the emails of municipal officials on personal computers. Ms. Savage presented on the nuts and bolts of responding to Right-to-Know requests from the perspective of an agency solicitor and Mr. Clement spoke on the Office of Open Records appeal process and other aspects of responding to a Right-to-Know request.
