Mr. Freimuth also assists clients with the formation of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and other business entities.

In addition to his general real estate practice, Mr. Freimuth performs all aspects of local government representation for various township, borough, authority, and zoning hearing board clients, including frequent attendance at public meetings and hearings, the preparation and negotiation of complex contracts, leases, and land development agreements, and municipal code enforcement.
